Cannot tell you how many times I’ve fantasized about the boat of my dreams…this old boat that sat anchored out in front of the Washington Waterfront. The many kayak trips around this dirty uncared for derelict of a boat has held my intrigue for years. In my mind I have wondered just HOW much mold HAD to be inside of it. Or maybe even some unsolved murder case clue is inside waiting to be discovered inside of it…I even nicknamed it the “Dead Man Boat” to lend an air of mystery. She survived Hurricane Irene without a scratch while other boats were sank, in the marsh grass and just plain torn up. What a beauty she would have been if she was dolled up. Loved her curved windows.
